Down the Hatch
Hatch Chile peppers are grown and harvested in the Hatch Valley region, New Mexico, often referred to as the chile capital of the world. We combine the famous Hatch Chile peppers with habanero and green peppers for our Down the Hatch jalapeno preserves. Try Down the Hatch as an addition to your next charcuterie board.
