Grilled Chicken
  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  4. 3/4 Pepperlane Cran-Peño pepper jelly
Cooking instructions
  1. Brush both sides of chicken with 1 tablespoon oil;
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken on the grill rack directly over medium heat.
  4. Cover and grill for 12 to 15 or until chicken is no longer pink (170F), turning once halfway through grilling.
  5. Meanwhile, warm Pepperlane Cran Peño pepper jelly for 20-30 seconds in microwave or until heated through.
  6. Pour jelly over chicken and serve with a favorite vegetable
